The Last Post

Hi Everyone!!

I'm so happy to get to the end!!! Sincerely English is a challenge for me, it's hard but I put all my enthusiasm to be able to do it well, learn and be able to occupy it at some moment in my life.

I´m fairly certain it’s a little unfair that it’s compulsory at the University, since that is the main reason why I have the course, although I liked it a lot.

I thank the Miss for teaching me so much and for guiding at the time I needed it, In any case it’s entertaining to have English at the University, it’s the only course that "repeats" basic and middle education and becomes nostalgic. Definitely the level of difficulty is higher and you face challenges because you have classmates who master it very well!!

Undoubtedly I loved using blogs, I suppose they are a very practical tool to communicate and that others can read us, learn and know about us, they are also easy to use and have a good word limit, as well as having themes to personalize the page.

My English should improve in everything it gives me a little scare the final exam, I hope to approve, anyway I would like very much at the end of my career and being a Preschool Teacher take another course to teach me to teach English to children, it motivates me and I find it practical.

Sincerely I don’t use much English, however with my boyfriend we play say words, the challenge is not to speak in Spanish and  the first one who speaks loses,  I usually win.

Changes

Hi everyone!! 

Honestly my career has several difficulties, I suposse it’s because it’s new and just "testing" the best options. I think one of the fundamental changes that must be made is to remove at least half of the compulsory courses of the University, such as the General Training, Sports, Artistic and English courses, I understand the importance, but highlighting the times of the students (par-time work, family and recreation) only these courses are 1 year of career, plus all the rest of the program. I would like to have more didactic courses, it's the transversal problem to the pedagogies and a Sign Language course, it's very important and useful. I think you have to dedicate a lot of time to these courses, in addition to focusing in your welfare 

I had many courses that I liked, but left with the feeling that they were not enough. As for the duration 5 years I don’t know very well if it’s good or not, to dedicate 1 full year to only practice even when we had 8 small practices is a lot, we could leave in 4 years, as do other prestigious Universities.

I don't have much to say about the technologies, beyond using the Power Point I didn't see other strategies, however I think that's good, in a world surrounded by screens avoiding them a bit is not so bad.

 I thank my teachers for the methodologies they used, they started with the necessary theoretical knowledge and then it was more practical, I liked that because we related theory and practice.

My Opinions !

What is your opinion about child labor?

I’m fairly certain that child labor is terrible because they become "slaves" of the adults I believe that children should only play and be happy. Several times meeting whit children selling things in the food courtyards,  I never buy anything, but if I invite them to sit with me, I buy them food and share moments with them, it's the best thing I can do for the moment, because I suppose that working is his way of surviving.

What is your opinion about tatoos?

I love tattoos, I have several, even if it is very narcissistic, I say that 16 needles are stuck to your skin and despite feeling pain want to follow is quite creepy, even more so when you have been tattooing your arm for 7 hours. I’m absolutely convinced we are all free to do what we want with our body and feel good, the same happens with paint the hair, using pircings or not doing any of the above.

What is your opinion about the Chilean tradition called ‘mechoneo’?

I suppose the "mechoneo" has evolved over time, I remember that I feared for the comments of some friends and the news, I to appreciate not doing it because my career was new. Once at the bus stop I saw some girls with flowers and white dress that was their “mechoneo” they sent them to look for money like that, comfortable and clean. I think it's a good option. 

What is your opinion about “barras bravas”?

I’m afraid of the "barras bravas" I had a very bad experience, once I returned to my house at the micro 516 with many fans of the “U”, passed another micro with fans of the “Colo-Colo” and these began to throw stones at the micro, gave me much fear and I considered it a barbaric act, it was a very bad experience. I guess the "barras bravas" generates a kind of war between sides that only divides us.

Social Education

Hi All!

I don’t study Psychology, but as a hypothetical case I think I would like Social Psychology because I think it focuses on the interactions between people and how the real or imagined actions of one fellow affect the other.

To the studying Education the field to specialize is very wide, it varies between specialization in Language, Mathematics, Artistic Languages, Sciences, and the methodologies such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, among others.

 We can also relate to any career that has to do with society and its behavior. If I think about it, I'm interested in a kind of Social Education, a mixture of Education and Social Work. It motivates me a lot to think about that because I feel I could complement my abilities for the families of the children, having the necessary tools to educate and contribute to well-being. 

I know that it is ambitious but I think that specializing in Social Education will allow me to do it although I don’t know if the title of Social Education really exists.

I would like to specialize in the Office of Protection of the Rights of the Child (OPR), I did my observation practice and I consider it a good opportunity for a “Educadora de Párvulos” since it provides spaces to create new projects with a multidisciplinary team. 

My plans are to do professional practice and thesis in the OPR environment and generate new spaces in my community, I think it is important for my career because it is something innovative and I realized this semester that really is what I want to do.

In the Distant Future... Or Not

Hi All!!

I think it´s a very complex problem and today, from my "innocence", I say that I would love to continue studying forever.

Once I graduated, I would like to work in my profession part time and do a master's degree or post-degree in Preschool Education and Basic Education and how to make the transition and articulation between those levels. I don’ t know if it exists, but I want to study something like that, because I find that this transition is really important for people's lives and that it’ s not always the best of the stages, that is, it is like leaving the mother's womb, you are not alone with Adults who consent and clothe you, are already teachers who hopefully know your name, more in the current Chilean educational system.

Actually I would like to travel to other countries and know different cultures around the education of children, how to favor spaces of creativity, how to create and innovate in parental strategies, how to generate emotional bonds strong enough for children  generate resilience and so, many things that one can continue learning, mainly I would be interested in Latin America, and read that Colombia have a very good initial education, then I would love to go to Spain and know those spaces for children, especially to meet Francesco Tonucci and its "Children's City" and how not to go to France and know the methodology of Reggio Emilia.

I know that these are dreams that are a bit difficult to achieve, but I hope to achieve some of them.

My Little Pets

Hi All 

The animals are fantastic, I always wanted to have a dragon as pet, but it was not possible, so I have a cat and a female dog.

Princess is the cat, she is a duchess in my house, she has been with me for a long time, I remember that she arrived very small, my Mom gave it to me and she was the only one of 3 who was saved from the experiments with yogurt of my little sister Daniela. She has been with us for 8 years and there will be several more. It will always be special because part of my childhood and adolescence accompanied me, when we moved from home it was difficult for her to get used to it, but little to little she got it.

Lena arrived last year to live with us, my dad adopted her for things of life. A cousin could not have her in her house because she is a very large "German shepherd", we thought she would be angry, but no, she is the calmest dog that can exist, I like her a lot, besides being so shy for how big.

Sometimes I think that animals understand and sense what we feel, I remember the princess approaching me when I was sad and looking for me to pet her. My Mom fights with them and it's funny because sometimes they seem to ignore it.

They are part of my family.

Noodles with Eggs

Hi everyone!!

I’m very complicated human being!!  especially when it comes to food.  I believe that I have always been like that, for my mom  it’ s a challenge think about what do as food :c

My family don’t  pickly with food, I yes, and much. I don’t like the changes in lunch I prefer something typical… that’s why my favorite food is: Noodles it with Eggs…  It’s the only thing to prepare- I don’t like to cook-  so my mom scolds me because I don’t like food and I don’t cook D:  I think the Noodles with Eggs  have their own science I don’t like them very stitched it has to be exactly the 9 minutes that the recipe says have to be with various eggs,  my dad think is very boring to eat them,  but  ¡¡i love them!!  Is the only I really enjoy eat. 

I really don’t get much motivation to eat food from other countries and eat at the restaurant, but if I were to try something I would like the “Guacamole” from Mexico but the really Mexican.

I’m very picky I know, but I don’t criticize the  fast food, it satisfies me more than traditional food and my mom continues scolds for them.

My Future

Hi all!!

My future work is the best in life, I love what I’m studying, I believe in each of the things I say, that is, those who are more wonderful and full of life than boys and girls, sharing day by day makes me believe in a better world for them. It is undoubtedly a complex career, requires great professionalism, both when interacting with children and their families, people who do not know you and have to leave their loved ones in a strange place.

Although there are many different fields of work for a ”Educadora de Párvulos”, I think I would like to work part-time, to have time for everything, to continue traveling, to study, to enjoy life accompanied by my loved ones. Even so, I’m going through a period of distrust of myself, I don’t know if I can achieve all the projects I want, but I do not lose anything in trying.

To the future I really hope to be my own boss, to have my garden of children’s and to make everyone happy there, as a meeting place.

I’m excited to talk about my future, I expect great things.

Hi All!! 

It is very difficult to decide for a one concert, but I will try. Two years ago, for the first time I could go to the concert of a band that I love with madness, I listen to them almost always, I love their lyrics even if they are a little "emo". PXNDX, with its songs bristles the skin, I'm happy and I cry.

It was at the Cariola Theater, on San Diego Street, I remember that I went with my younger sister Victoria, we walked so much because she went to an job interview. The row of people was eternal when we arrived so, "we snuck in" when nobody looked at us. Upon entering we ran to locate ourselves and we were with an incredible view, when they began to sing my heart beat very fast, I cried but I was happy, I still remember it with emotion. Victoria, who is more adventurous than me, slipped into the VIP area, I was fine, I saw and listened magnificently so it was not necessary, since I'm taller than her. When leaving we continued crying, but of mixed emotions. We bought a necklace and we walked to the subway, back to Curacaví was complicated, it was too late and we did not reach the bus, so we called an uncle and he went to look for Pajaritos subway.

This was a one best days of my life.

Hi! Everyone:

Today I written about a magical place:        “Suncheon Bay”

But, first I like visit South Korea because is a country with much and interesting culture, is true!! are very serious and traditional persons but the places are perfect in the ecosystem.  My dream is visit South Korean in special for “Suncheon Bay” because is one of the biggest coastal marshes in the world, is home to countless plants and marine life and features the biggest field of reeds in Korea.  Salt swamp has a function in water pollution prevention and purification, keeping clean and undamaged. The Suncheon Bay Reed Festival is held every year in October, but the bay is just as beautiful and charming any other month of the year. I think it would be great life experience.

Maybe i listen very biologically but this semester especially I find these ecosystems attractive.

I don’t visit because is very cost the fly and being a student poor is difficult but when I’m an adult with much money I will go to learns and enjoy the places for share the pictures with the children’s.

1.       What is your opinion on the social networks and the effect they have on society?

My opinions for the social networks it’s “not so good and not so bad”, it´s good because connected so much people in the worldwide but not with your close as classmate, friends, family, etc. 

2.       What is your opinion on animal testing?

The animals are beautiful creatures, testing in this is very violent because ignored his rights and force them sacrifice for human race, is stupid.     

3.       What is your opinion on the idea that marriage is an outdated institution?

In the actuality the marriage is bad watched, I things that everyone is free of select your destiny and live happy for this.

         4. What do you think is the best way to solve the sea access dispute with Bolivia?

I think what the best solve is give a sea access, the world should not have borders, the human is habitant from the earth.
